Offices or not? Merlone Geier to start with Overlake apartments near station

The first three apartment buildings would include interior plazas and pedestrian connectors, with retail bays on 152nd and 24th.

Today marks another round of design and land-use review for the complete redevelopment of Redmond's old Overlake East shopping center by owner Merlone Geier Partners. The 6-acre property is steps away from Overlake Village Station, now expected to open in 2025.
