126 Aurora units, near Green Lake, move closer to MUP

Looking north, Bode’s site extends from 83rd to 84th streets.

The city recently issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for a long-brewing apartment project at 8300 Aurora Ave. N., a little northwest of Green Lake. Most know it as the former Guitar Store corner, at North 83rd Street. The plan now seems well in reach of a master use permit, though with no declared start date.
