Soon after completion, 131 Tacoma units trade for $35M

The apartments are a short walk to the Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension, which opens later this year.

The new Caesar's Luxury Apartments, at 308 Tacoma Ave. S., recently sold for about $35.2 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was Ceasar's Luxury Apartments LLC, which is associated with Seattle's Barcelo Homes. It acquired the land in 2020 for $3.5 million, then developed it.
