Rush wraps up 50 Squire Park units

Ewing & Clark is brokering the 1,608 square feet of commercial space, with about half that total programmed as a cafe on the corner of Jefferson.

Rush Companies has substantially completed the 50-unit Betula House, at 355 15th Ave. in Squire Park ; and, last week, the city issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the new apartment building.
