In the summer of 2021, Grosvenor Americas joined Intracorp on an apartment project to rise a little north of Northgate Station. The five-story, 295-unit plan had its master use permit at 11201 Roosevelt Way N.E., but still lacked a demolition permit for the old Party Makers/Display & Costume building. The general contractor wasn't then named.
