Buying a Tesla in SLU? Why not the entire building, too?

The listing doesn’t say when Tesla’s lease ends.

One of the most stubbornly low-rise blocks in South Lake Union could see some significant changes in the years ahead. Union Church is planning a 29-story apartment tower in the middle of the block. And, last week, the neighboring Tesla building at 425 Westlake Ave. N. went on the market. The century-old, two-story structure is on the corner of Republican Street, with zoning up to 280 feet.
