Office and hotel plans filed near Foss Shipyard

The land is now home to a variety of old buildings, sheds and storage yards.

Beginning in early February, there has been a series of new plans filed along West Ewing Street near the ship canal, spanning several acres owned by Ilahie Properties. Clark Barnes is the architect.
