A Tesla project in Snohomish County? No one will confirm it

Leasing materials state that all of Building 1 has been taken.

Tesla has reportedly leased the entire first building at Cascade Business Park in Snohomish County. Building 1 opened in March, at 16015 51st Ave., with 245,619 square feet. Puget Sound Business Journal first reported the news, and the city of Marysville has issued various permits for Tesla in that building. The permit process began in December.
