Bellwether to develop affordable housing at Overlake Village Station

Looking north, 152nd is at right, and the station is behind the apartments. The bike/ped bridge, finished but not yet open, leads to Microsoft’s west campus.

Sound Transit put out a request for proposals in November for the creation of affordable housing at its Overlake Village Station in Redmond. It's long been the practice of the agency to devote surplus land, after track and station construction, to that end. Interested parties were to respond by February.
