98 Tacoma units proposed

TACOMA — A little south of Interstate 5 in Tacoma, in what some might call the Lincoln International District, Skyline Investment Properties assembled two residential parcels in recent years — and plans to redevelop.

What's now called the Avenir Apartments, at 3718 Pacific Ave., recently received a SEPA determination of non-significance from the city. The public comment period ends May 12.
