Cosmos plans 256 Lynnwood units near mall

Sound Transit is currently contemplating a new station, on the line to Everett, just west of the Cosmos site.

Immediately east of Alderwood and west of the freeway, an old medical office building was demolished about five years ago. Longtime owner Cosmos Development then floated a high-rise apartment plan, which didn't advance. Now using a slightly different address for the same parcel, 18799 Alderwood Mall Parkway , there's a scaled-back midrise plan dubbed iVista @ Alderwood. It was recently accepted last month by the city of Lynnwood. The public comment period ends May 10.
