Phinney Ridge condo project headed to final review

No start date has been announced for the unnamed project.

Homestead Community Land Trust is planning a pair of affordable condominium projects on Phinney Ridge. The north project, at 6109 Phinney Ave. N., will replace an old house, which the trust owns, and incorporate a vacant city-owned surplus parcel. That deal hasn't yet closed.
