Tukwila senior housing project to start this summer

    Vintage Housing is poised to break ground this summer.

    The mostly undeveloped site, with over 10 acres, sold almost five years ago. Now, with a new Tukwila address, 10811 47th Ave. S., Vintage Housing is poised to break ground this summer on a 272-unit senior community. It's now called Village at 47th, and the city of Tukwila accepted its complete application in December. The public notice came last month, and the public comment period has passed.
