Squire Park infill underway

There’s no marketing yet for the retail space, in a project likely to wrap next year.

It's not a large project compared to others along 12th Avenue, near Seattle University, but a very boutique infill project is now under construction. A century-old building on the corner at 1208 E. Remington Ct. sold to local investors in 2021. It looked then like a tear-down, but no. Instead, Public47 Architects secured a master use permit last year for a renovation of the existing two-story brick pile, with a five-story addition on its east side.
