Bellevue hotel sells for nearly $28M

BELLEVUE — A Silver Cloud Inn at 14632 S.E. Eastgate Way in Bellevue has sold for $27.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Silver, which acquired a small old motel there in 2001 for $3 million. That was demolished and replaced with the current six-story, 145-room Silver Cloud, which dates to 2003.
