Everett motel trades for over $10M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — A La Quinta Inn at 12619 Fourth Ave. W. in Everett sold for $10.2 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Yi Ya Hoo Enterprise LLC, which acquired the property in 2020 for $7.9 million.
