SIFF buys Cinerama theater for $4.5M

Cinerama closed in May 2020. SIFF plans to reopen the theater later this year.

After being closed for nearly three years, the Cinerama theater at 2100 Fourth Ave. is set to welcome guests once again after nonprofit film and education organization SIFF announced its successful purchase of the property from the estate of Paul G. Allen.
