84 Beacon Hill units, all affordable, planned after land sale

The site is very close to the light rail station.

The master use permit was issued two years ago for an 84-unit apartment project on Beacon Hill. It then seemed that the land and plans at 2531 16th Ave. S. were on the market. And now it's finally sold to Edge Developers LLC, which will make the seven-story building an affordable housing project.
