Corliss plans another 580 units at Sunrise

Corliss still has a whole lot of land to develop or sell to other developers.

Corliss Management began planning what's now called Sunrise back in 1983. It spans about 1,467 acres in Pierce County. Most call that the South Hill area, which is south of Puyallup and east of Frederickson.
