BCI's 203 ID units up for review next week

This view looks roughly west at the project. Owner BCI Pacific will evidently develop the north end of the block later.

Redevelopment plans began about eight years ago for the half block at 616 Eighth Ave. S. in the International District. A hotel was proposed, then later apartments. Owner BCI Pacific seems to have settled on the latter, and the International Special Review District Board will again consider that scheme on Tuesday. It's the first such review in well over a year.
