397 International District units face final review

Looking northeast, the dead end of 10th (at left) leads to the Yesler Terrace Hillclimb.

What used to be called Asian Plaza is now vacant, with a demolition permit in process. For its replacement, Mill Creek Residential Trust has its likely final presentation on Tuesday with the International Special Review District Board. At 1032 S. Jackson St., the Modera International District apartments are to have 397 units over retail/commercial space. Tiscareno Associates is the architect, and Mill Creek will be the builder.
