50 Capitol Hill units sell for over $11M

SEATTLE — An old apartment building at 1729 12th Ave. recently sold for a little under $11.6 million, according to King County records. The seller was AMD Roosevelt LLC, which acquired the property in 1998 for almost $3.5 million.

The buyer was 1729 LLC, which is associated with a Mercer Island investor. Public records indicate a loan from JPMorgan Chase.
