Land sale near station, and MUP, bring 203 Rainier Valley units closer to start

More cranes are coming to the already crane-tastic area around the future Judkins Park Station. Among several developers active there, Kamiak Real Estate Partners has a trio of apartment projects planned. In April it earned a master use permit for the west project, dubbed The Fir. Now the half-block site at 1906 20th Ave. S. has sold for $3.3 million.
