Hunters Capital plans 150 Capitol Hill units on former QFC site

It was only a question of when, not if. Six years ago, Hunters Capital acquired a Capitol Hill commercial complex at 416 15th Ave. E., then home to QFC — which left in 2021 — and now a few remaining businesses including Rudy's Barbershop and ShopRite.
