Bode plans 308 Lake City units

SEATTLE — A commercial property at 13506 Lake City Way N.E. appears to be on the market, and there's a recent plan filed by Bode to redevelop with apartments.

The plan emerged in March, and new filings with the city add detail for what's now a seven-story, 308-unit proposal. Bode typically acts as its own architect, and the new scheme hasn't yet entered design review. It carries a nominal value of $35 million. Parking, if any, isn't yet specified.
