65 Issaquah units planned in downsized Milano

The plan for Milano, an Issaquah apartment building, emerged about three years ago. The 104-unit project was to replace a vacant old house at 2300 Newport Way N.W., a little west of downtown. Earlier this month, the city issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for a substantially reduced plan: 65 units on four stories above grade.
