Pierce Co. site sells for over $8M

PACIFIC, Pierce County — Pacific Business Park, at 136 Stewart Road S.E., sold last week for $8.2 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was A-1 II LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for nearly $3.4 million.
