Rise sells 192 Everett units for over $61M

The apartments are near Silver Lake and Everett Mall.

The Artesia Apartments, at 11225 19th Ave. S.E. in Everett, just sold for $61.6 million, according to seller Rise Properties Trust. Snohomish County hadn't yet recorded the sale before deadline. Rise acquired the garden apartment complex in December 2016 for $40.5 million.
