Georgetown site sells for over $4M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — As planned, InSite Property Group has acquired a Georgetown site at 6305 Corgiat Drive S., where it's planning a four-story self-storage project.

King County recorded the over $4.1 million deal last week. The seller was a family investor group that had owned the property for decades. The buyer of record was 6305 Corgiat LLC.
