SEATTLE — A small medical office building at 4700 36th Ave. S.W. sold last year for $2.4 million. Now there's a new five-story apartment plan filed by the owner, an Eastside investor, with the number of units not yet specified.
The 7,405-square-foot property is on the corner of Southwest Alaska Street, less than a block west of West Seattle Golf Course. It's zoned up to 55 feet.
