Woodinville store sells for over $6M

WOODINVILLE — A Walgreens-lease building at 17520 Avondale Road N.E. sold last week for a little over $6.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CP Thunder FS LLC, which is associated with Corporate Partners Capital Group, a specialist in single-tenant, net-leased investment properties. It acquired the property last September for just under $6 million. (The seller in that deal was Walgreens.)
