‘Slobberdoggie' buys Pacific site

PACIFIC — An automotive and industrial complex, at 1091 Valentine Ave. S.E. and related addresses, sold recently for $8 million, according to Pierce County records. The buyer was Slobberdoggie Investments LLC, which is associated with investors in Lake Tapps.

The seller was a local family trust, which had owned the property for decades.
