Lakewood casino sells for $27M

By JOURNAL STAFF

LAKEWOOD, Pierce County — Chips Casino Lakewood, at 8200 Tacoma Mall Blvd., recently sold for a little over$27 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was La Center Gaming LLC, which acquired the property in 2016 for $4.5 million.
