Casino in Tukwila sells for $13.4M

TUKWILA — Using the same LLC, Oak Street Real Estate Capital of Chicago has purchased yet another local casino. This time it's the Riverside Casino, at 14060 Interurban Ave. S.

King County recorded over $13.4 million deal earlier this week. It comes close on the heels of its purchase of the Chips Casino Lakewood.
