Looking west, the red-roofed building is for sale. It’s unclear if there’s a buyer yet.

Mount Zion Baptist Church sold one of its satellite properties about seven years ago to a local developer, Cao Huynh. A townhouse plan soon followed, but didn't advance. More recently, a new apartment plan emerged for 1601 19th Ave. That's on the corner of East Pine Street, south of the Trader Joe's on East Madison Street.
