C&W delivers over $57M in refinancing for West Seattle units

The fairly new mixed-use Maris is also home to a dentist’s office.

Over in West Seattle, Legacy Partners opened its 306-unit Maris in late 2021. It began construction at 4722 Fauntleroy Way S.W. during the summer of 2019, with PNC Bank as its lender.
