R Miller tops out on Queen Anne condos

A certificate of occupany appears near for the 13-unit Fitzgerald.

A rare midrise condominium project has topped out at 1406 Third Ave. W., on Queen Anne Hill. R Miller is the builder and Johnston Architects the designer for what's dubbed the Fitzgerald. The five-story building is very much a boutique project, with only 13 units, all of them large, and 13 underground parking stalls.
