700 Redmond units head into design review

This view looks north at the proposed new Chelsea Square.

The DJC first reported earlier this month on the planned redevelopment of Chelsea Square, in downtown Redmond, by longtime owner Equity Residential. The old garden apartments at 16340 N.E. 83rd St. date to 1991; those will be removed and replaced in two phases.
