No start date has been announced for the project.

Johnson Carr owns a corner development site at 2120 152nd Ave. N.E. in the Bel-Red area of Redmond . It's about a 10-minute walk north to the future Overlake Village Station. Architect SHW is designing an eight-story, 233-unit apartment building for the developer.
