DWT inks lease in Portland's brand-new Block 216

Floors three through seven are offices. Above are the hotel rooms and condos.

Davis Wright Tremaine announced last week that it's signed a 19,100-square-foot lease at Block 216. It'll be the anchor office tenant in the 35-story downtown tower, at 560 S.W. 10th Ave., which is expected to open on Aug. 15.
