Urban Visions secures TCO for The Jack

Exterior touchups are underway, as South Jackson Street (right) undergoes repairs.

The Jack office building, nearing completion at 74 S. Jackson St., has its temporary certificate of occupancy. The city issued that determination earlier this month, covering all levels but for the roof deck — with about 16,000 square feet, and panoramic views — and other outdoor terrace areas.
