Uptown life-science project to feature ‘dynamic lighting' to track monorail

Looking south, the building will have views of the monorail and Space Needle.

There's been no demolition yet on its corner site at John Street, just east of Seattle Center. But LPC West and its architects are moving fast on a life-science building planned for 112 Fifth Ave. N. One more design review should come this summer, with a master use permit not far behind.
