Wood Partners pays over $9M for land, with 230 Shoreline units planned

The architect anticipates a start date this summer or fall.

As the DJC first reported last fall, Wood Partners is planning a six-story, 230-unit apartment project in Shoreline, at 17712 15th Ave. N.E. The Alta North City project received its SEPA determination of non-significance from the city last month.
