ULI tours galore!

Eastrail Flats

Summer means property tours, and our local chapter of the Urban Land Institute is offering a pair of such visits this month and next. First, on July 20, is the Schoolhouse District, over in Woodinville. That phased mixed-use project from MainStreet Property Group has portions both completed and underway; under construction right now is the 207-unit Eastrail Flats. Then, on Aug. 10, you can see the mostly mass timber Northlake Commons, which is rising next to Dunn Lumber (the landowner) and Burke-Gilman Trail. The exterior facade and windows are starting to cover the lovely wooden beams within. The developers are Hess Callahan Partners and Mark Grey of Stephen C. Grey & Associates. Weber Thompson is the architect, and Swinerton the builder. Details and registration: northwest.uli.org.
