SRM to start on initial 135 Bellevue units, all affordable

This view looks northwest at the west Phase I building.

At 991 118th Ave. S.E., just west of Interstate 405 in Bellevue, a stalled and half-built hotel and apartment project from old owner Puget Sound Hospitality had been known as Nuovo. Work began in the summer of 2019, pre-pandemic, then fizzled.
