Groundwork in Woodinville has been ongoing for several months at Harvest, the mixed-use and wine-centric development just east of the Sammamish River. Wood Mountain is the lead developer at and around 14485 Redmond - Woodinville Road N.E., with Columbia Pacific Advisors as its main financial backer. Jensen Design Architecture is the lead designer, and Sierra Construction is the builder.
