Totem Lake crane count rises to 3, with over 1,300 units in pipeline

Venture is working on a tight site, with the separate Pines at Totem Lake apartments to the south (right), which face Totem Lake itself.

Venture General Contracting has finished the difficult foundation and concrete work, on a sloping Kirkland site at 12410 N.E. Totem Lake Way, and wood-frame levels are now rising rapidly above. A gantry crane is also swinging over the Grata at Totem Lake affordable housing project, where 125 units should open next year. TWG is the developer, and Third Place Design Cooperative the architect.
