Nitze-Stagen holds kick-off party for 398-unit Rainier Valley building

The eight-story building will contain 398 apartment units and about 2,000 square feet of retail.

Nitze-Stagen and its team are holding an official groundbreaking ceremony today for their 398-unit Rainier Valley affordable apartment project, though demolition and ground work started last fall. The construction site is at 900 Rainier Ave. S. in Seattle.
