Harbor Custom opens 126 Belfair units, sells 36 Bremerton units to nonprofit

Phase I of Belfair View, at 81 N.E. Ridge Point Blvd. in Mason County, is now open and leasing its 126 apartments. Harbor Custom Development recently announced a new loan to refinance the project.
