Facebook leaving 1101 Westlake, with life-science flip in the works

MG2 designed the building, with Holland Partner Group as the developer and contractor.

Even before the deep staff cuts announced for Facebook/Meta earlier this year, its tenancy at 1101 Westlake Ave. N. was likely being decided last year. That building sold in May of 2022 to BioMed Realty for over $151 million, with the seller being Invesco.
